BKE Fermentation Lab- Postponed
BKE’s Fermentation Lab is our new monthly workshop geared at exploring the art and science of fermentation. Taught by our head brewer, Siobhan McPherson, this class will teach the basics of pickling and sauerkraut. You will go home with your own jars of pickles and the knowledge of how to safely and deliciously reproduce this in your own home!
